ALBUM: Fredo – Money Cant Buy Happiness
West London’s very own Fredo has gifted us with his long-awaited, second studio album titled Money Can’t Buy Happiness. Originally scheduled to drop in Spring last year, the new album from Fredo was pushed back due to the coronavirus outbreak but now that it’s arrived after a lengthy wait, fans will definitely be pleased with the outcome.
Executive produced by Dave, Money Can’t Buy Happiness sees Fredo open up like we haven’t seen from him before; starting the project with the reflective “Biggest Mistake” which sets the tone for most of the album. Other introspective tracks from Fredo come in the form of “Back To Basics”, “Ready” and “Aunt’s Place”.
Despite the overall inward-looking feel of the LP, Fredo’s slick rap style remains intact and is further highlighted on track such as “Spaghetti”, “Burner On Deck” and “Do You Right”. In addition to Fredo, the project includes vocals from fellow UK heavy-hitters Young Adz and Dave, as well as U.S R&B star Summer Walker and the late, great Pop Smoke.
Money Can’t Buy Happiness is an impressive follow-up to Fredo’s debut album Third Avenue and you can take it in below.
